Today’s new business drivers are speed, agility, engagement, and empowerment. These variables drive productivity. This movement has created a new organizational model stemming from team engagement and leaders who are willing to focus on productivity and not hierarchy Our logo says it all – today's organizations must lead tall and robust—strong like iron (FE) and flexible like bamboo. Resilient and agile like never before. Fully Engaged prepares organizations for the pinnacle of performance by building and enhancing culture through values identification, communicating purpose, problem-solving and potential. In addition, we have access to and use such as personality assessments, mapping, developmental strategies, coaching, and strategy. Unfortunately, too often, leaders believe that magic will happen if they take the top performer and change their title to the leader/manager. Unfortunately, when human factors enter the equation, goals and performance become complicated, and real-life work is not a Hallmark movie. A top-performing organization requires continuous work on its culture, developing, enhancing, and protecting that culture, and developing and enhancing skills such as communications, human systems, employee experience, and engagement. Today and tomorrow, organizations will need new and better tools to build more resilient leaders and teams—a broad vision, mapping, updating beliefs on leadership and teamwork, and coaching.
How We Do It
We meet with the organization's senior leaders and ask many questions. Then, we will conduct formal and informal assessments. Next, we examine the mission against what we have learned. Next, we will explore the challenges facing the organization. Finally, we formulate a direction and build the solutions to enhance the culture to engage team members and leaders to “live its purpose.” Today’s efforts to engage team members are rooted in the need to help people achieve their individual aspirations. We are selective in taking on clients. We will teach you resilience strategies that will last a lifetime. You have choices.

How We Do It
An organization's culture today is akin to a human's personality; it is our identity. Unfortunately, organizational culture was slammed again due to the pandemic, and resetting is challenging. Resets involve making shifts that allow organizations to value respect and results equally. Fully Engaged will work with leaders and teams to determine if an uncompromising culture is being built. Many companies today are in between - what was and what could be. We also work to assess if the culture reset is organically happening or if it is contagious.
This work will also allow the organization to measure how the recruitment and retention system works according to the ability to model the desired behaviors (values and purpose) consistently. This process takes a minimum of six months, and we will be there throughout.Team Productivity
Fully Engaged is prepared to coach individual team members. Coaching is a means to improve others' performance within the work environment. This is often a decision made by senior leaders who wish to develop junior team members in modeling the defined values of the organization. We carefully listen to our clients and their purpose for coaching before taking on a coachee. The team member who is being coached must also commit to a growth and learning plan. We pride ourselves in being genuinely optimistic about the coachee and are committed to that team member's development. Effective coaching requires preparation around the identified and prescribed areas.

Progressive leaders often seek to reinvent the future of the organization; that is what strategic planning is all about reinventing the future. This process focuses on establishing strategic priorities and a clear path for growth, potential, diversification, and stability while driving agility and speed. We will work with your organization to set clear goals for leaders and teams. This may include responding to changing market conditions, industry crises, game-changing scientific discoveries, or a global event such as COVID-19. We often help when a new CEO has been hired who wants a new vision for the organization. New leaders can build professional momentum and credibility by creating an engaging strategic planning process as an opportunity to enhance relationships with team and board members.
