What’s our story?

Fully Engaged is an intentionally small consulting firm comprised of our President, Sharon Scott, and an ad-hoc team of business experts to support our clients. We are selective in the small to mid-sized clients we partner with, seeking to complement those who want and need change. The idea for this firm was forged out of friends conversing in 2019 and built on professional relationships shifting to friendships spanning over 20 years.

Founder

Sharon Scott has personal experience turning around organizations over the last thirty years within state colleges, universities, small businesses,  and non-profits.  She and the ad-hoc team members have worked with organizations such as Wolseley, Alden Media, Ferguson Enterprises, The Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation, Chiquita, Tropicana, S2Yachts, Piper Aircraft, Inc.,  Northrup Grumman, Barnett Bank of St. Lucie County, Treasure Coast Bank,  and various cities, provinces, towns, and counties in China, Virginia, and Florida. Scott holds a BS from Longwood University, M.S.Ed, and a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, with an emphasis in the following areas: counseling, training and development, human resource management, curriculum, instructional design, and management. In addition, she holds assessment certifications in 360 Feedback, EQ, Myers Briggs, WorkingGenius,  and more.
